Tents
Berrygood tents are in good shape and range in colors. The tents all have sidewalls, which can be rented. Bug lights, party lights (par cans) with colored jells, as well as clear Christmas-like bulbs, or rope lights are available upon request priced below. The tent rental includes setting up and taking down by BerryGood. If added to the contract, the sidewalls and lights will also be installed. To reserve tents weeks, months or a year ahead, set up a contract. Tents are in demand and to insure tents for any occasion it’s best to reserve far in advance. Site size is the size of the tent plus the length needed for the ropes and stakes.
To figure cost, determine the size of the tent(s) needed and the number of days the tent will be in use. If you wish to have sides on the tent and/or lights, just add the additional costs listed for the appropriate size. Mileage is $3-$5 per mile one way for distance greater than 25 miles from Moberly. (Example: A location 50 miles from Moberly would be 50 – 25 = 25 X $3 mile (or $4-$5) = $75.)

Stages
Stages can be used for djs or bands. Many brides use it for the head tables to put the wedding party a little above the other tables, to make them more visible to the people in attendance.
Depending on the purpose of the stage, it can be 8”, 12”, 16”, 20” or 22” tall and can be rented for $150 for an 8’ X 16’ stage. A 16’ X 16’ stage can be rented for $250.
Dance floor
The dance floor is constructed of 2’ X 8’ metal concrete forms for the foundation with polyurethane coated 4’ X 8’ plywood sheets for the dance surface. You can build almost any dimension based on 4’ X 8’ intervals. They are $35 per 4’ X 8’. Therefore:
12’ X 16’ is $210 - (Suggested for under 200 people) - June 1st to July 10th pricing is $315
16’ X 16’ is $280 - (Suggested for under 200 people) - June 1st to July 10th pricing is $420
16’ X 20’ is $350 - (Suggested for 200 - 300 people) - June 1st to July 10th pricing is $525
16’ X 24’ is $420 - (Suggested for 200 - 300 people) - June 1st to July 10th pricing is $630
24’ X 24’ is $480 - (Suggested for 300 or more people) - June 1st to July 10th pricing is $720
You need a fairly level area. An additional $100 will be added if two vehicles are needed to drive over 50 miles.
Tables and chairs
Eight foot tables rent for $11.50 @ and $2.50 for each additional day.
Chairs rent for $1.50@ with a charge of .50 @ for each additional day.
Extension cords
100 foot extension cords can be rented for $15 apiece.
Tent Heaters (Patio heaters)
Patio radiant heaters can be rented for $25 @ plus $20 for the tank of propane.
Lanterns
Festive white paper lanterns can be rented for $75 for up to 50 lanterns in a variety of sizes. For $75, you can choose on-site the size(s) and quantity you desire to create the atmosphere you want. Lanterns are considered decorations and are not installed by Berrygood.
Lattice work
Lattice can be rented to decorate either at the poles or other strategic spots of your choice for $5 apiece for a 2’ X 8’ sheet. Lattice is considered decoration and is not installed by Berrygood.
Fireworks
Frank and Jackie have taught school for years and ended up selling fireworks during the summers off. Frank provides firework displays for special events. If you choose fireworks for your wedding, and plan ahead with your photographer, you can get some beautiful pictures and memories. A display lasting 6-7 minutes is $450, and one lasting 9-10 minutes is $700 and is a unique way to entertain your guests! Each display is a continuous sky full of various aerial bursts with many colors and effects building to a huge, high energy finale.

Porta Potties
Porta potties may be rented for $125 and $40 for each additional day. This includes 2 porta potties, one for men and one for women.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of approximately 25% of the total is required when the contract is returned. The tent is reserved upon return of the contract and down payment. The down payment is non-refundable due to the fact that the tent is no longer rentable to other customers, who will be turned away. The final payment is due prior to setting up the tent. The customer may mail payment in sufficient time to be received prior to setting up, or deliver final payment to Berrygood at the time of set-up.
